Firstly, I want to ask you a few questions.
How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Do you feel energized and enthusiastic? Are you looking forward to the day or do you just want to roll over and go back to sleep? Do you get Monday morning blues and yearn for Friday to come?
I think it’s worth recognizing that if we wake up in that kind of mood, the chances are we’re not getting a great deal of joy and meaning out of our life.
