Mindfulness means to live in the present moment and be ‘present’ with a keen awareness of yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, your surroundings, the current situation and the people around you. There are many benefits to developing mindfulness, but here are six benefits that have the most positive impact.
On August 31st on the Cosmic Creating Radio Show, I shared the story about my journey to consciousness with the horse and what I learned from the experience that can help you step into your power as a cosmic creator. When you are a spiritual, conscious and empathic person who wants to do good in the world it can be hard to say no to people, especially those close to you, but you owe it to yourself and to your wellbeing to sometimes say no.
As a child, most of us were raised to be considerate to others and to accommodate them as much as possible. Unfortunately, this often means we become ‘people-pleasers’ in later life as a way of protecting ourselves from criticism and rejection.
Consider this, are you saying no to yourself by saying yes to others every time?

Motivational speakers talk a lot about action; take massive action, action, action, action. This implies that you must take action non-stop. Just do something, anything, towards your goal.
The empowered manifester knows that it is inspired action that counts.
Because inspired action works with the most powerful partner – the Universe – in perfect synchronicity.
There are several interpretations of the acronym FEAR, the most common being ‘False Evidence Appearing Real’. Personally, I prefer ‘False Expectations Appearing Real’.
Let me explain…
In most cases, our fears are not related to physical danger, they are internal fears – fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment, fear of rejection, etc.
‘Evidence’ implies that there is validity to your fear, that facts support it, but in most cases, there is no evidence; the fear is in your mind, it is imaginary.
‘Expectations’ are thoughts about what might happen in the future, which again are products of our imagination. They aren’t real.
Many Law of Attraction teachers promote affirmations as a way of giving attention to what you want to create by stating your intention as if it has already happened.
“I am healthy well and fit.”
“I am prosperous with unlimited abundance.”
“I am in a beautiful relationship with my perfect partner.”
One of the problems with this approach is that you’re engaging the left brain logical mind which often starts an internal argument that says “but that’s not true”. If you use affirmations to try to correct a limiting belief and to convince yourself that what you desire is possible, instead of helping the manifestation you will actually increase resistance to it and push it away.

According to Psychology Today, “The imposter syndrome is a psychological term referring to a pattern of behavior where people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud.”
No matter how many times other people praise us or our achievements, inside we reject this praise and think that if they REALLY knew us they wouldn’t like, admire or love us.
The word “empowerment” is used a lot in personal development circles but what does it really mean in practice?
I’ve put together a checklist for personal empowerment which, when followed, will enable you to embody the principles of empowerment in your everyday life. Some of these come from my own experience and others come from learning from other great teachers in fields of personal and spiritual development.
Letting go can be one of the hardest aspects of manifestation to master because when you have a strong desire for something you tend to want to control how it comes to you.
Think about the things that you manifest easily. You have an idea and then it happens without any real effort on your part. That’s because you have no inner resistance to having whatever it is. There are no limiting beliefs, doubts or fears attached to your idea.
