Limiting beliefs run the show… if you let them!
Your subconscious mind controls about 95% of what you do. That means that if you have limiting beliefs that you’re not worthy or deserving or not good enough, no amount of focus on your conscious goals, desires or intentions has any chance of succeeding until you lay those limiting beliefs to rest.
It’s been my mission to resolve my own limiting beliefs and to help others resolve their limiting beliefs since 2009. To do that I’ve had to go back to the source and understand why they were created in the first place.
If you’re not achieving your goals or suffering from procrastination and avoidance, it’s likely that your limiting beliefs are getting in the way and sabotaging your success.
If you’re not manifesting your desires it is because your limiting beliefs are overriding what you want to create.
It’s why success is so dependent on developing the right mindset by overcoming your limiting beliefs, fears, and self-doubt.
In this video, I share the story of a devastating experience I had at school when I was only 5 years old that made me believe that I was not good enough to achieve the big dreams I had. It wasn’t until I was in my early 50’s that I learned how to clear these limiting beliefs and expand my possibilities into previously uncharted waters.
